Glenn Martin

President

Glenn is a seasoned Executive in Management, Sales, Marketing, Channel Development, Customer Support, Hardware and Software Development for leading companies including Apple Computer, Sun Microsystems, IBM Sirius Computer Systems Business Partner, and Hitachi Data Systems. His career began in Information Technology 40 years ago but his broad skill set allowed him to grow and transition into his current role as President.

Joe Dowd

Executive Vice President

Joe has over 30 years of experience working with organizations of all sizes to improve employee selection, retention and performance, develop effective leaders and high-performance teams. On a national scale Joe has worked with the likes of Cincinnati Bell, Mercedes-Benz, Scripps Howard publishing, Starwood Vacation Opportunities to name a few. Joe has launched three successful startups, two of which are highly successful growth companies privately held.

David Martin

VP Product Development

David has over 13 years experience in Software and Systems Development and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. He is responsible for TrakStar development, maintenance, and direction. He also manages the IT department. His technical experience ranges from graphic design to HTML, CSS and JavaScript programming to server side business logic to database management and configuring and maintaining server deployments.

Maria Bishop

VP Marketing

Maria Bishop began her career in the high tech industry after earning her marketing degree from the University of Colorado at Denver. Her experience ranges from sales at wholesale computer distributors to small software companies. Prior to Promantek was an Enterprise Account Executive selling and marketing Enterprise Network Solutions to the Fortune 500 companies and Federal Government. Her marketing experience ranges from web-marketing, print, and developing advertising campaigns. Maria is an avid hiker, and occasional bicycler, and a crossword devotee.

Renee Kunce

VP Customer Service

Renee Kunce brings over 17 years of experience in Office Administration, Customer Service and Employee Training to the team. She has facilitated software transitions in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management and Document Management. Her department continues to get customer feedback scores in the 4.8 range on a five-point scale.
