Notes create well-rounded Reviews

Performance Appraisals should reflect year-round performance. But the problem is that most reviews only take into account the last two months of employee performance since recent events are easier to remember. TrakStar solves this problem by allowing users to enter notes to record significant events throughout the year. When it's appraisal time, the notes are conveniently displayed while scoring.

Let's say you want to remind your managers to complete their Performance Reviews. As an Administrator, choose the Notification Center. Then click "Create Reminder". Choose "Appraisal Reminder". Fill out the form as required and click "Create". You've just created an email reminder!
