Software Implementation/Support Specialist
Promantek is seeking an exceptional and enthusiastic Support and Implementation Specialist. We offer a creative, fun, fast-paced environment in our office located on Capitol Hill.
The web-based HR software we develop has been recognized for its ease of use and our customer support team gets fantastic ratings from our users. Our customers are in every industry from Government (cities, law enforcement, fire departments) to finance to copper mining and everything between.
Your primary responsibility will be to work hand-in-hand with our customers to take their existing employee performance appraisal process and help them transition that to our software. The primary tools are a phone, a web conference and our web-based software. But you'll also get bug reports and questions from customers on an ongoing basis. Occasionally implementations take place on different time-zones so a reasonable amount of flexibility in your schedule is expected.
Requirements:
- 2+ years support experience
- Friendly, cooperative attitude
- Ability to build professional relationships and friendships with individuals all over the world
- Great communication skills -- especially over the phone
- Looking for a long-term job
- Works well on a small team
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred or 2-5 years related experience and training
- Experience in HR, or with HR software tools
- Three weeks of paid vacation in your first year

This position is based out of our Capitol Hill, Seattle office. M-F from about 8AM-5PM is standard, but flexibility is required.
