Gather Multi-Rater feedback

With just a few clicks, managers can request Multi-Rater feedback from any number of respondents from within, or even out side of your organization. And you can request feedback on all factors and goals, or just the criteria you select. You can even customize the email message that is sent to the respondents as soon you as request their feedback.

Managing the process

Managers have access to a dashboard that gives them a convenient location to track all multi-rater feedback for a certain appraisal. They can view the status of each respondents feedback, send email reminders, cancel the request, and view individual feedback if is not anonymous by security preferences.

Score grouping

Respondent feedback is broken into groups based upon the contributors relationship to the employee being rated. Reports use these groupings to distinguish perception of the employees performance. Managers have one-click access to these reports from the multi-rater workshop.

Privacy Controls

Administrators control the level of anonymity of multi-rater feedback. Feedback can be:

  • Named (not anonymous)
  • Not Named - groupings are shown
  • Completely anonymous
