As soon as your feedback is requested by a manager, you'll receive an email with a link to provide feedback. Your feedback may include your name or may be anonymous. And you'll provide ratings and comments on the factors that the manager has requested. When you're done, click "Send to Manager".
Rate the appraisal form in the same way as the manager and the employee do. Pick the ratings that best describe your perception of the employees performance. If you were allowed to record notes on the employee, any notes you took will be displayed along with the factor you are rating. Also, any goals that the manager set for the employee are also visisble.
