TrakStar Software License
A TrakStar Software License allows an employee or contractor of your organization to be appraised with Promantek's TrakStar an unlimited number of times throughout the year, by an unlimited number of Respondents. "Respondents" means the managers, employees or contractors of your organization who are authorized to access the Licensed Software. A License must be purchased for and assigned to each potential employee or contractor that your organization wants to conduct an appraisal on per calendar year. If an employee leaves your organization, the license may be re-assigned

Support and Maintenance
Support is included with the TrakStar Software License. Maintenance includes Major Version releases which provide product enhancements and benefits for customers. Minor Version releases offer new function, improved performance or reliability and are made throughout the life of the product. Annual support includes email and telephone support for product related questions during normal business hours and days, Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm US MST.

TrakStar Hosting Service
Promantek employs a leading-edge hosting service provider to allow clients to keep their own network free for other priorities. Clients receive a reliable environment in which to deploy TrakStar and know that their data is backed by an iron clad Service Level Agreement that is uncompromising when it comes to security.
