Administrator Dashboard

As soon as administrators log in, they are presented with a dashboard view of TrakStar usage. This "at a glance" dashboard report helps administrators track the status of tasks within the system. Red flags can quickly be identified with ease, and action can be taken to correct any problems.

Manager Dashboard

At any time managers can access a dashboard report that summaries the status of appraisals, plans and goals for their direct reports or all subordinates. Appraisal status is broken down by step, and the status of all goals given to the employees is shown at the top of the page. This enabled managers to quickly understand how appraisals and goals are progressing to their completion. Additionally, managers can view appraisal scoring trends over time.
