One of the benefits of using an online performance management system is that more tasks are completed on time. TrakStar makes sure this happens by sending gentle email reminders to your users. You can remind users of tasks - appraisals, plans, approvals, multi-rater feedback, etc - or of events that occur within the system. And while TrakStar comes standard with the most common reminders you'll neeed, you can edit, delete, and create new reminders.
Completely customizable
Every part of the reminders are customizable. From when they are sent, to the text in the messages, to who they are sent to - every part of the reminders are customizable. So if you want to inform an HR administrator of when an appraisal is closed, you can easily create that email reminder, just plug in a reminder to the event and send a custom email to that person. Create as many as you need.
Sent Automatically
Once you've set up your custom notifications, they are sent automatically once per day. By default, TrakStar sends notifications late at night, but you can customize the time of day that your task reminders are sent. Event reminders are sent as soon as tasks are performed.
