After using TrakStar for some time, your organization will have rich data to run reports on. One of the most useful is to track employee performance over time. The Employee Performance History Report breaks performance down by overall appraisal score and shows a graph factor by factor to visualize performance changes over time.
First, pick a group of employees to report on: organization, position or workgroup (the direct reports of a manager). You can stack rank the individual employees in these groupings, rank entire groups against other groups, find manager rater bias within the group and find out which factors are rated most strongly.
When managers rate a factor that doesn't have a quantifiable result, natural tendencies and subjective reasoning affects ratings. These natural tendencies can work to inflate or deflate ratings. To solve this problem, TrakStar has visual reports that show how managers tend to rate their employees on average so you can easily spot rater bias.
You can also compare employee performance factor by factor in TrakStar. Select any number of employees, the factors that they have in common, and run a report showing their most recent ratings for those factors. You get a visual chart of each employee's performance.
