Promantek provides customers an ultra secure and reliable environment in which to access TrakStar Professional. Customers rest easy knowing that their data is backed by a unique and ironclad service level agreement (SLA) and proven security technology. Promantek employs Amazon EC2 (http://aws.amazon.com/ec2/) a leading-edge hosting service provider to allow TrakStar clients with access to TrakStar.

Data Backup

Customer data is backed up frequently: full backup nightly, incremental backups every 2 hours and transaction logs backups every 20minutes. We retain daily, weekly and monthly backups safeguarded offsite.

Firewalls

Trakstar service and data is safe behind a firewall.

Encryption

Encryption is provided by www.thawte.com, a subsidiary of Verisign. Once you log into TrakStar everything is encrypted with a 1024 bit key. Password Protection

Password protection includes organization name, username, user password. Employees and HR Administrators may change passwords. Promantek customers cannot view each other's passwords.

Login Roles

Our login roles empower selected users and levels with more or less access. This includes employee, manager and administrator. We meet the most stringent customer requirements.
