We show how the Self-Appraisal feature provides employees a way to share their personal evaluation prior to the appraisal meeting. Using your forms or positions we show managers how TrakStar enables them to rate each factor and provide valuable comments. When the Multi-Rater option is available, we show how to solicit feedback from relevant organizational members

After completing the program, participants will be able to deliver a 1 hour training session for managers or employees to covers all the aspects of using TrakStar effectively.
