A Better way to Train

One of the most difficult parts of implementing any new system is training users. We've solved the problem by making training an integral part of our software. With videos that teach not only how to use TrakStar, but also best practices, users learn more about the Appraisal process. We back up the videos with live exercises as part of training.

We've got training videos that cover each task that managers and employees can use. You can decide which videos your users should watch by creating a template.

Live Exercises

In order for users to really learn what they've seen in the videos, we have live exercises that can be performed in TrakStar. As usual, you choose what users do.

However you decide to use TrakStar, our VideoTrainer can be customized to train exactly what you want. Create "Training Templates" that employees will use to train themselves with. These templates have Videos and Exercises attached to them. Employees simply log in and complete the tasks and watch the videos that you've decided they should complete.

Exercises cement knowledge

Training videos explain how to use TrakStar, but the videos help users remember what they've seen. The exercises pick up where the videos leave off and continue guiding the user through the training process.

Training Exercises are actual tasks being completed in TrakStar. Training sets up a temporary tasks that allows the user to take advantage of TrakStar's full power in a safe and experimental way. When a user is done training, the normal state of TrakStar is fully restored.
